Chat widget sits flush to the screen edge on phones
On some phones a hairline of the underlying page showed along the bottom and outer edge of the full-screen chat panel. The panel now covers the screen cleanly on every device we tested.

A dropped connection no longer looks like a failed answer
If a visitor loses signal mid-reply, the widget now says the connection dropped and offers to continue, instead of showing a red error as though the bot had broken. Booking cards still fail safe and never claim a booking went through.

We now alert you when an integration stops working
If your booking system or store connection starts failing, we are notified straight away rather than waiting for you to spot it. Connections that recover are picked up automatically.

Refer another business and you both get rewarded
Share your referral link from the Referrals page. Your referee gets a discount on their first paid month and you get a reward once they pay.

See exactly when each booking was made
The Bookings tile on your dashboard now opens into a list of the individual bookings behind the number, with the time each one was taken.

Order lookup is only offered when your store supports it
The widget used to offer order lookup on stores whose platform cannot serve it, which led to a dead end. It now checks first and only offers what your store can actually do.
