Yes, change your plan any time from your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts.

Security & Patient Privacy
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and every clinic's data is tenant-isolated — kept completely separate from every other clinic. We never share or sell it.
No. Your content and patient conversations are only ever used to power your own assistant. We do not use them to train any AI models, and they are never shared with anyone else.
Yes. We provide data processing agreements, support data subject access requests, and automatically delete data when you disconnect an integration or close your account.
Online Store (WooCommerce)
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. Connect your WooCommerce store (read-only) and the bot answers live product, price, stock and category questions straight from your catalog — and it recommends the right products, shown as tappable cards, from complementary picks to need-based finds.
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. A tap on a product card's Add to Cart button drops the item into the shopper's own cart — the same cart your product pages use. It's a shopper action, not an AI one: there's no in-chat checkout, and the bot still can't change your store. Variable products link out to the product page to choose options, and you can switch the cart button off per store.
Yes. The bot verifies the customer with their order number and the billing email on the order, then shares the order status and items. It's read-only — it never changes or creates orders — and it can't look up an order without a matching email.
A Pro or Enterprise plan, an https store URL, and a Read-only WooCommerce REST API key (WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key). Paste the consumer key and secret in Settings → Integrations → Online Store, then Test.
